Medical Director and owner, Dr. Tijunelis (pronounced tee-you-nellis), is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in breast surgery and body contouring at Lake County Plastic Surgery, a AAAASF Certified Surgical Facility just 2 miles west of MedSpa on Main. Through his medpsa, he looks forward to continuing to serve the Libertyville community that he has enjoyed servicing for the past 20+ years.

When asked what her passion about aesthetics is, Lorena says, “to help men and women feel confident” and we can verify! Whether it’s her warm smile, her magic with the needle, or her famous end of treatment hugs, you will feel Lorena’s passion flow. Lorena holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University in Chicago and is also an ICU nurse in at Condell, Libertyville. In 2021, she was honored with the prestigious national DAISY Award for her exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Lorena cherishes spending time with her loved ones, traveling and embracing life's simple joys. Lorena has three amazing children, a loving husband, one dog, four horses and a donkey.

Lina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her master’s degree at Lewis University and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She began her career as an Intensive Care nurse over two decades ago. In 2021, Lina decided to combine her love of caring for people and her passion for the aesthetic world by starting a career as a nurse injector. She is 100% devoted to lifelong learning, especially with the continuous advancements in the aesthetic field.
